Marior is a garden restaurant and bar in Khmelnytskyi, an event venue under the trees, and a catering kitchen that brings our table to yours. Our sister team, Marior Digital, builds the tech that keeps restaurants running.

Is the garden open in winter?
The garden terrace opens in the warm season; in winter we welcome guests in our heated halls with garden views.
Do you cater for dietary needs?
Yes, vegetarian, vegan and allergy-aware menus on request.
Can we bring our own decorations?
Of course. Our event team can also arrange flowers and lighting.

Privacy Policy

MARIOR LLC ("Marior", "we") operates a restaurant and bar, provides event catering and other food services, rents its property for events, and provides programming, IT consulting, IT management, hosting and web portal services. This policy explains how we handle personal data under the Law of Ukraine "On Personal Data Protection" and the GDPR.

2. Guests and reservations
Name, phone, date, number of guests and special requests. Reservations are kept for 6 months.
3. Allergies and dietary needs
If you tell us about allergies or dietary needs, we use this only to prepare your food safely and delete it after your visit or event.
4. Event clients
Contacts, event details, guest numbers, contracts and payments. Guest lists provided for seating are deleted after the event.
5. Photography at events
We do not photograph guests for our own use without consent. Event photographers hired by clients act on the client's behalf.
6. Video surveillance
Entrances and cash areas may be monitored by cameras, marked with signs. Recordings are kept up to 30 days.
7. Marior Digital clients
When we build or host systems for other restaurants, we process their customers' data as a processor under a written agreement.
8. Purposes and grounds
Performance of contracts, legal obligations (food safety, alcohol sales rules, tax), consent (allergy data, photos, newsletters), legitimate interests (security).
9. Recipients
Payment providers, hosting providers, authorities where required. We do not sell personal data.
10. Your rights
You may access, correct and delete your data (subject to legal retention), restrict or object to processing, obtain a portable copy and withdraw consent. We reply within 30 days. Complaints may be addressed to the Ukrainian Parliament Commissioner for Human Rights or an EU supervisory authority.
